Support Network Services

Learn ABA is committed to the development of effective, professional, and ethical ABA services that are provided as close to the student's home community as possible. Since our inauguration in 1999 school districts have expressed both a need for quality ABA programming and a desire to expand their own capacity to offer ABA services and programs.

That's why we created an outreach program and now we're expanding our services as the LEARN ABA School Support Network. To that end we offer a continuity of support services.

Our objective:
To fostor a regional, interactive community of schools using the principles and methodologies of Applied Behavior Analysis

Using District personnel or staff provided by LEARN, we can provide the expertise and experience to help get a dedicated, local school-based program up and running. We will assist in the assessment, planning, preparation, and implementation of full-time ABA-based individualized programs for students with autism and other severe developmental delays.

A range of service delivery models can be designed, according to student needs:

  • full day intensive discrete-trial programs
  • combination discrete-trial and inclusion programs
  • classroom support for full-time inclusion programs

In fact, most programs with multiple students choose to develop the capacity to offer all three options. For students receiving full-time school-based programs, an additional 10-hour per week home-based program can be developed.

In-district program development is a long-term investment and committment to effectivly serve all of the students within the local community. The LEARN ABA School Support Network can help your district overcome the crucial start-up challenges and complex decisions that are inevitable:

  • Classroom setup, materials, and equipment
  • Curriculum
  • Teacher and Paraprofessional training
  • Assessment and evaluation
  • Program organization and documentation
  • Parent education and participation
  • Integration of school and program

Then, we can provide ongoing consultation and/or direction to help build quality services that effectively meet the needs of students and families. We would be happy to discuss your needs and explore potential options.
